I believe technology turns ideas into real solutions — simplifying processes and creating impact you can measure. I'm a heavy enthusiast of AI, and I use it every day for testing, research and integrations.

My work sits between two things people usually treat as separate: technical leadership and technical depth — I shape solutions and coordinate delivery, and I stay close enough to the code to know why a decision is the right one. The other half is entrepreneurial. I've started companies, and I keep coming back to the same question: whose problem does this actually solve?

  1. Stark Bank

    Currently

    Tech Lead

    I lead technically at Stark Bank — shaping solutions from conception and coordinating delivery of products that have to stay scalable and robust under real financial load.

    I have strong command of the Brazilian Payment System, working directly with the core BACEN systems — SPI, STR and DICT — and all of the infrastructure around them. Most of my day is Python on Google Cloud Platform, dealing with messaging systems and infrastructure management.

    I started here as a Junior Engineer, building and maintaining SDKs across Python, PHP, Java, Elixir, Node, Ruby and C# — with Go as my main focus. As a Mid-level Engineer I automated internal processes; one of those cut a financial process's runtime by more than 90% and became an internal benchmark. From there: Senior Engineer, then Tech Lead.

  2. Claire Co.

    Previously

    Tech Lead

    I led the technology team, coordinating delivery and acting as the direct bridge to stakeholders and founders.

    I owned technical and architectural decisions, sprint planning, code review and end-to-end follow-through on development.

    The headline delivery was Match Profile — a talent management platform built on behavioural analysis, taken from zero to production with NestJS, TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
